The role works closely with out teams of technician’s sub-contractors and project coordinators and reports to the Linx Operations Manager.Key activities include but are not limited to:Initial contact with customer and triage of new job allocations Timely and cost-effective National scheduling of internal and partner contractor restoration workforce Usage/updating of scheduling portal Consistent and accurate administration or assigned allocationsLiaising with stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and regular updatesDesired skills and experience:Experience workforce schedulingGreat customer service skills  An understanding of the restoration and or building repair process, critical inspection points and WHS requirementsTrack record of establishing and maintaining long term relationships/accountsExceptional organisational and time management skillsProactive and outcome focusedAbility to act independently and multi-taskHigh attention to detail with excellent communicationWhy join us? We're committed to providing the support you need to get the job done. About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our dynamic team to take on new daily challenges and really shine through.

  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills

  • Ability to act independently and multi-task
  • High attention to detail with excellent communication
